The IBroadcastStartedEM event message is send to the event notifier for every broadcast activity that is started.

The contents of this event (property name - type):

• IBroadcastStartedEM.ACTIVITYCTX - a BroadcastActivityCtx (object property)
• IBroadcastStartedEM.STATECTX - an ActivityStateCtx (object property)
• IBroadcastStartedEM.EVENTTIME - the time of the event (long property)
