The ICommunicateStartedEM event message is send to the event notifier for every communicate activity that is started.

The contents of this event (property name - type):

• ICommunicateStartedEM.ACTIVITYCTX - a CommunicateActivityCtx (object property)
• ICommunicateStartedEM.STATECTX - an ActivityStateCtx (object property)
• ICommunicateStartedEM.EVENTTIME - the time of the event (long property)
