The ICreateObjectStartedEM event message is send to the event notifier for every create object activity that is started.

The contents of this event (property name - type):

• ICreateObjectStartedEM.ACTIVITYCTX - a CreateObjectActivityCtx (object property)
• ICreateObjectStartedEM.STATECTX - an ActivityStateCtx (object property)
• ICreateObjectStartedEM.EVENTTIME - the time of the event (long property)
