The IMoveStartedEM event message is send to the event notifier for every move activity that is started.

The contents of this event (property name - type):

• IMoveStartedEM.ACTIVITYCTX - a MoveActivityCtx (object property)
• IMoveStartedEM.STATECTX - an ActivityStateCtx (object property)
• IMoveStartedEM.EVENTTIME - the time of the event (long property)
• IMoveStartedEM.STARTLOCATION - a ParameterCtx (object property)
